When will my package arrive?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment or requesting cash on delivery and are shipped via Aramex with traceability.

I haven't received my order yet .Delivery can vary from 1-3 business days, depending on destination. We appreciate your patience.

I am missing something in my package

If you received a package with missing items, please contact us and include your order number and the name of your missing item(s). We'll send you a replacement immediately and let our warehouse know, so it doesn't happen again. We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this might cause, however mistakes happen even though we work really hard for it to not.

I have a problem with the quality of my products
